Spread the love

Learn to deepen your own yin yoga practice and teach others in this 50 hours yacep yin yoga. You’ll discover the subtle body and explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of this meditative practice. You’ll also be given tools to create traditional and modern yin yoga classes that are designed to resonate with the body at a soul level.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced form of yoga that targets the connective tissues of the body (ligaments, joint capsules and bones) to relax the muscles. It is a deeply meditative practice that allows you to connect to your inner silence and expand your consciousness. It is a great complement to the more active yang practices like Vinyasa.

Strengthen Your Practice with 50 Hours YACEP Yin Yoga: Continuing Education for Yogis

The yin yoga poses are held for three to five minutes or more which allows the connective tissue to release. This is a very healing practice for the body and mind and can be used to improve circulation, relieve tension, and increase flexibility. It is a wonderful practice for women as it promotes self-love and can help you to feel more connected to your femininity.

The course is available online and is led by experienced Yoga teacher Jose de Groot E-RYT 500 & YACEP. The course includes pre-recorded video content and live online chat sessions with Jose, as well as a manual and homework assignments. Upon successful completion of the course you will receive a 50-hour Yoga Alliance YACEP Certificate. You can use this certification to start teaching Yin Yoga or to add these hours towards your existing 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
